What does the Nationwide Lifetime Powertrain Warranty cover?
Powertrain coverage for unlimited time and unlimited miles on every new vehicle we sell, at no extra cost. It is effective anywhere in the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Canada.
What do I have to do to keep the lifetime powertrain warranty?
Complete regular maintenance at the manufacturer’s specified intervals and keep the documentation. Any breakdown repairs must be completed at the Spitzer location where you bought the vehicle.
How does the $1,000 Price Protection Guarantee work?
You get our lowest price, guaranteed, or you get $1,000 off your new vehicle purchase or lease. Bring us another dealership’s physical written offer within 3 days of the current date and within 50 miles of your local Spitzer location. The offer must be for an in-stock vehicle with identical MSRP, make, model, year, options, trim level and lease or purchase terms. Specialty vehicles are excluded and it does not apply to prior purchases.
Is Spitzer Shield included on every new vehicle?
It covers new and certified pre-owned vehicles. It does not include commercial inventory, electric vehicles, or “as is” pre-owned vehicles that have not been certified.
