I am editing this review. I initially gave the dealership one star because some of the problems we had with the sales person and in finance. One of the sales managers immediately reached out to me and made things right. We are definitely happy with the car and the price.

Super nice service dept technician advisors. Clean, nice waiting area. They keep you informed on the repair process. They have a big selection of jeeps and trucks. Not a lot of cars though. Probably because dodge only makes chargers now.

Everything was pretty straightforward. While the process was long, I enjoyed the team that worked with my husband and I. Ted, Joy, Brad, and Jon were all kind and accommodating. Despite a few bumps, they worked hard so that we could leave happy. I would recommend for sure.
I’ve been to this dealership twice now—first when I bought my truck and again after it was totaled and I needed a new one. Jesse, Ed, and Tamara were all amazing and made the whole process so much easier! Unresponsive. Good luck. I wouldn't purchase GAP nor a warranty from this dealership IF you choose to go here. If you sell the car and want your money back for the remainder of the services, it's a ghost town. 3 calls, 7 emails, 1 rude sales man (I mean, would he not want his money back? lol). I honestly cannot comprehend any organization having a horrible after sale experience as they are begging to not have repeat business. This is certainly the case here at Spitzer. I've emailed Tony a few times with zero response.

Sold the car I wanted as I was already filling out paperwork...showed no remorse...they talked me into one I didn't even want...said it was $22K...but it was $26K....again...as I was filling out paperwork...My temp plate expires in a few days...still have not received the memorandum title to obtain real plate...so...I will be paying for a car I didn't want AND CANNOT DRIVE in a few days.
