The service was excellent as always. I was given all the information I needed to understand the issues with my car. However, I felt very uncomfortable in the service intake area as several times while I was waiting employees were waling thru the area without masks. The service intake people were protected by a shield but I was still uncomfortable with this set up. When I walked thru the waiting area,several people were not wearing their masks.

Best service department in the cleveland area. Took an employees moms vehicle here for recalls before it was listed for sale. They were done in a timely matter. When I picked the car back up, the air bag light was on. I told the service manager (Richard,) and he made it right. Never accused me of lying, or trying to get free service. I explained that when I dropped it off, it diddnt have one, and they took the car back and resolved the issue. I wish all dealership service departments were this great .
Tim Carolin took the time and worked hard to resolve the ABS issue. He explained the codes and what needed to be done. Car was repaired in less than a day. Service was very friendly.
