Brad was great to work with. Everything was quick and smooth from the moment I walked in till the moment I left.
Unresponsive. Good luck. I wouldn't purchase GAP nor a warranty from this dealership IF you choose to go here. If you sell the car and want your money back for the remainder of the services, it's a ghost town. 3 calls, 7 emails, 1 rude sales man (I mean, would he not want his money back? lol). I honestly cannot comprehend any organization having a horrible after sale experience as they are begging to not have repeat business. This is certainly the case here at Spitzer. I've emailed Tony a few times with zero response.

4th vehicle from this dealership, talk about it being easy and straightforward process for car shopping. David is by far the best and most honest salesman I’ve worked with. He doesn’t lie or “pressure” you into coming into the dealership, he’s honest and trustworthy. I can’t wait to buy my fifth car from this dealership in the future.

Him and his coworker presented themselves as very unprofessional. Blatantly wasting our time. Don’t go to this dealership on sunday unless “you see a car in the lot and want to buy it”. Oh and also don’t go if you’re not with your husband.

Sold the car I wanted as I was already filling out paperwork...showed no remorse...they talked me into one I didn't even want...said it was $22K...but it was $26K....again...as I was filling out paperwork...My temp plate expires in a few days...still have not received the memorandum title to obtain real plate...so...I will be paying for a car I didn't want AND CANNOT DRIVE in a few days. SUPER!!! 👎🏼

Ed was super helpful during our car shopping experience! He answered my million and one questions without ever making me feel rushed. Buying a car can be daunting, especially when the sales folks are pushy but that was not my experience with the Spitzer team at all. Ed truly listened to what we were looking for, AND kept our budget in mind, and was able to steer us in the right direction.

I took my vehicle in for a check engine light problem. They diagnosed the problem quickly and made the necessary repairs. The technician even took my vehicle for a test drive to ensure that everything was working properly and the check engine light remained off. My wait time was considerably less than anticipated. I would definitely recommend their service department and return in the future.

Not cleaned up well and missing chip in windshield Service is fair, with 5 times needed to resolve and issue. Wife spent many hours waiting.
