Richard Carver was amazing in communication as well as helping me get my car fixed with my warranty. He made it such a seamless transaction and I didn't feel like I was just a number like it used to be up there. We went to Spitzer CDJR Cleveland to see if they could show us how to tighten the side on our front seats as we have a van that has been modified by Braun Mobility. The service dept was very fast to help us. Gabrielle Roberts worked with us until we had everything we needed. Definitely will be getting all our service done here

I was not completely satisfied with my interior detailing. The compartments between my seats were not wiped out. When I mentioned the detailing to one of Spritzers workers they mentioned because I had a lip balm in the compartment they don't move articles. I was not informed this when I scheduled my appointment and it was only a lip balm!!!

Gabby Robertson was very friendly and helpful. My only issue was I had an appointment at 930, but my car wasn't finished until 4 in the afternoon. Also received a coupon for an oil change in the mail that same day, but I had already payed full price.

My agent, David Adkins, was wonderful. He was professional, prompt and informative. I could not have asked for better service. He went well beyond to take care of me.

My jeep wagoneer was in for service repair, they quickly fixed the issue. In the meantime, provided me with a wagoneer rental. When my car was finished they also detailed it inside and out and filled the tank.

Well right now they are going through a remodel so things are out of order. I had to wait for awhile for the windshield to come in and when they called first they said come in at 11 am than they called me at 830 and said come in early so I got there about 930 and I still didn’t get out till 1130. I think there is a lack of communication somewhere.

I went in the other day for an oil change and my break feeling tight when I depressed it to start my vehicle. I didn't know the break issue could be the battery, not only did Richard Carver have that checked out but found it did need replaced and that it was still under warranty. Which in the end they replaced the battery at no charge. I also asked if they would check the tread on my tires and give me an estimate on new tires.
