This experience was definitely a JOURNEY 😂, but what
This experience was definitely a JOURNEY 😂, but what matters most is how it ended — I left happy, with a beautiful new Jeep and feeling like a princess! 👑🚙 Huge shoutout to Ted 🤜 and his team — genuinely good, honest people who made 100% sure everything was right. If they can handle my strong personality, they can handle ANYONE! Ted is definitely the guy who knows how to make things happen. My Jeep looked AMAZING at pickup — everything was ready for me, and YES… full tank! ⛽️ David 🕹️is your technology guy — he’ll show you all the cool things your new Jeep can do. I was honestly way too excited about my new ride to focus on everything. I just wanted to get on the road and enjoy it! I’ll definitely be back to learn all the new technology my 2026 has. John in finance was professional💰 , accurate, and even surprised me with some Ukrainian! Definitely unexpected and such a cool little touch that made the whole experience feel even more welcoming. And a special thank you to **Zakiyyah “Kia”**❤️ Your reassurance meant so much to me, and you genuinely made me feel like I wasn’t alone. Thank you for being there for me and bringing such positive energy to the whole experience. ! Sometimes it’s not about everything going perfectly — it’s about how people respond when things don’t. This team stepped up, made things right, and made sure I left HAPPY. So girls — come to Spitzer, upgrade your ride, and ask for Ted and his team!
