The sales area very good, salesman prepared and knowledgeable. Prep is fair, because when I got my used car, it looked like it was prepped by my grand daughter. Not cleaned up well and missing chip in windshield Service is fair, with 5 times needed to resolve and issue. Wife spent many hours waiting.

It is unfortunate that I have had to resort to this, but I have been unable to get any return phone calls from Paul Wilson following a conversation we had after a service appointment at this dealership.
I have now had two separate service experiences at this dealership where I was contacted and informed that my vehicle required repairs costing thousands of dollars. The first time, my vehicle was only slightly out of warranty. I went back and forth with Jeep corporate regarding the issue and was eventually told I would be refunded for the repair. The communication was bad. I had no updates throughout my visit until I called the first day after my car was there for 7 hours. The next day car still there tried calling left messages and didn't get a call back till around 3 that day. My noise couldn't be diagnosed, was told it is a normal sound. I have had the car for 5 years and all of a sudden the ABS makes a noise I have to live with. I do appreciate that I wasn't charged a diagnostic fee after having the car for 2 days.
Ed was very friendly and explained everything very well throughout the whole process, he also showed us how to use all the features in my wife's new jeep.. hes very thorough, he provided a very comfortable car buying experience

Upsetting, I pay for an extended warranty.. the idler pulley was the cause of my truck issues.. this is part of the engine, should be covered under powertrain warranty let alone the extended warranty.. What is the point of paying extra for warranties when it doesn't cover anything...

Let's face it, buying a new or used car is generally not a fun experience, not the case here. Ashley, Mel and Jesse made the entire process a joy! I walked in, and about three hours later, drove out with a new Grand Cherokee Limited. Love the vehicle, and I would definitely recommend giving them a shot at your business. I don't think you'll be disappointed, very pleasant and friendly people. Oh, and did I mention the store is beautiful!

Lack of communication. I didn't even meet the person that serviced my car. Use to be he/ or she was would come out and say hello and introduce themselves. Also explain what was going to be needed next. I had oil change and tire rotation done On the discharge sheet it was marked in Red I need air filter He should have asked if I wanted to add that. ?????
Grease marks on the ceiling from drivers side that extend to the back of van. There is a broken seat belt mechanism on the ceiling in 2nd row. There were screws left in the cup holder.
I've taken my cars to dealers and always got a car wash if if had work done. I was very surprised not to have gotten a car wash after my oil change.

Very little communication I made an appointment on Monday for a Thursday morning. I waited 5 hours to receive a diagnosis for my car. I called and texted 4 times to get an update. I didn't get any response until I called to complain to a supervisor
