The communication was bad. I had no updates throughout my visit until I called the first day after my car was there for 7 hours. The next day car still there tried calling left messages and didn't get a call back till around 3 that day. My noise couldn't be diagnosed, was told it is a normal sound. I have had the car for 5 years and all of a sudden the ABS makes a noise I have to live with. I do appreciate that I wasn't charged a diagnostic fee after having the car for 2 days.

So i brong my vehicle in to get the recalls tooking care of that went wrong and received a call that a piece was broken trying to do one of the recalls it would be 1600 dollars i can come in and the technician could explain and show me better... I get to the dealership and walked to my vehicle where i was shown my gas tank and the tip of my quick connector for the fuel line snapped and was then told by the technician he tried to superglue it back together everything else came apart fine and was great this snapped when he took it off i took pictures and asked if i could speak to a supervisor and was told he was in a meeting after waiting a hour i asked to speak with the Gm please and was told he was in a meeting ok ill wait after another hour i was told that it was epoxyed and i can see it but not touch it i took another picture and asked for the gm i was told he was not in today i asked can i have his business card please they then told me he doesn't have contact information to call the store number i have the pictures of before when it was superglued and after it was then epoxyed it is more then clear from pictures and looking at the break it was done from the technician and this dealership who do I have to or need to contact to speak to someone to have my vehicle back the same way it was when i dropped it off??

Not cleaned up well and missing chip in windshield Service is fair, with 5 times needed to resolve and issue. Wife spent many hours waiting.

It is unfortunate that I have had to resort to this, but I have been unable to get any return phone calls from Paul Wilson following a conversation we had after a service appointment at this dealership. I have now had two separate service experiences at this dealership where I was contacted and informed that my vehicle required repairs costing thousands of dollars. The first time, my vehicle was only slightly out of warranty. I went back and forth with Jeep corporate regarding the issue and was eventually told I would be refunded for the repair. I was never issued a refund and, all communication stopped, and I was unable to get in contact with anyone. I raised this issue with the dealership’s Service Manager during my next service visit and was told they would assist me; however, nothing was ever done. During my second experience of being quoted another repair in the thousands of dollars, I pushed back more firmly and was eventually able to get the cost significantly reduced. When I picked up my vehicle, I spoke with Paul, who took my contact information along with emails related to my first issue and said he would look into everything and follow up with me. I never heard back from him. Every time I called and attempted to speak with him, I was told he was in a meeting and would return my call. Weeks later, I am still waiting. The customer service from this service department is, unfortunately, consistent with my experience with Jeep corporate customer service. I do not recommend bringing your vehicle to this service department unless you are prepared to overpay for repairs.

I dropped my vehicle off for an oil change and the lady at the desk was very nice and helpful. She took all my info as usual and told me I was ready to go. As I went to leave Sean Mangan came running out YELLING at me and saying why was I leaving he didn't have any info on me. I told him the the lady at the desk had got everything. He told me that did not matter he needed me in his system. He was very rude and I don't know if I will be bringing my vehicle back or buy another vehicle from you after this interaction. I have also felt welcomed and treated very well when doing business with you but this was an awful experience

The guy's supposed to leave got fired or quit who was in charge of my truck. Nobody knew the truck was there to be looked at again. Now it's November 11th and I still have no word on my truck. The customer service here sucks the mechanics.Obviously don't know what the xxxx they're doing.I would not recommend this and they haven't even tried to make anything bright in this situation

I get to the dealership and walked to my vehicle where i was shown my gas tank and the tip of my quick connector for the fuel line snapped and was then told by the technician he tried to superglue it back together everything else came apart fine and was great this snapped when he took it off i took pictures and asked if i could speak to a supervisor and was told he was in a meeting after waiting a hour i asked to speak with the Gm please and was told he was in a meeting ok ill wait after another hour i was told that it was epoxyed and i can see it but not touch it i took another picture and asked for the gm i was told he was not in today i asked can i have his business card please they then told me he doesn't have contact information to call the store number i have the pictures of before when it was superglued and after it was then epoxyed it is more then clear from pictures and looking at the break it was done from the technician and this dealership who do I have to or need to contact to speak to someone to have my vehicle back the same way it was when i dropped it off??
